ENVETEQ FLUID POWER Modular pump reduces auxiliary system complexity ENVETEQ’S NEW MULTICIRCUIT, MULTIFLUID PUMP ADDRESSES PACKAGING AND INTEGRATION CHALLENGES BY COMBINING COOLANT CIRCULATION, LUBRICATION AND ACTUATION FUNCTIONS IN ELECTRIFIED VEHICLES Enveteq has accumulated extensive experience through years of engineering work and numerous projects focused on the development of electric and hybrid powertrains, where recurring thermal, lubrication, and actuation challenges were common. Nearly every project required the integration of multiple independent pumps: one for coolant circulation, another for gearbox lubrication, and a high-pressure unit for gearshift actuation. In some cases, vehicles required up to six pumps to support all auxiliary functions. This level of system fragmentation introduced significant drawbacks in terms of packaging constraints, electrical power distribution, hose routing complexity, and microcontroller I/O management. These inefficiencies quickly became a design bottleneck – particularly in compact or highly integrated platforms. Driven by these practical limitations and accumulated project experience, Enveteq made the strategic decision to design and manufacture its own pump tailored to the Enveteq’s electric pump is capable of handling coolant and oil flow within a single unit demands of modern electrified vehicles and machinery. The result is a modular multi-fluid, multi-circuit electric pump capable of handling coolant and oil flow within a single unit. Key features include a brushless motor with a 960W power rating that integrates a single water circuit with multiple oil-side outlets. The system delivers water flow up to 80 L/min at a maximum of 2 bar, and oil flow up to 16.5L/ min per section at 20 bar, with small oil circuits supporting pressures up to 60 bar. Speed is controllable between 500 and 4600rpm, and the system is tested to withstand shocks up to 100g. It supports both face-mount and hose connections and accepts control via CAN, PWM, or on/off. The pump operates on a 24 VDC supply system. An impenetrable barrier, combined with a magnetic coupling, fully isolates the water section from the rest of the system. iVT MADE FOR ROUGH MISSIONS Innovative and to-the-point solutions for our customers for decades.
